Auction Terms of conditions for taking part in this auction.

1.	The auction is for two tickets given by Chris Crudelli allowing an individual to attend a martial arts course he is putting on. The only details we have at present is that his courses are priced between £250 and £500. The anticipated venue is in Sussex.
2.	Each ticket is being sold separately and therefore the two highest bids will each receive one ticket.
3.	The auction is being organised by the Dave Lee Fund a company limited by guarantee company number 5830048, PO Box 7215, Netherseal, Swadlincote DE11 1BA (the “Fund”)
4.	The maximum liability of the Fund shall be to refund any bid where the Fund cannot supply a ticket as outlined in clause 1 herein.
5.	The Fund shall have no liability for consequential loss whatsoever howsoever arising.
6.	You must be eighteen years old to make a bid and live in the United Kingdom.
7.	The auction will close on the 14th October 2006 at a time determined by the Fund.
8.	You may make a bid by email and the organisers may publish the bids on the internet or any other media as the Fund determines.
9.	Each internet bid must include your Name, address, email address and a telephone number where you can be contacted on the day of the 14th October 2006.
10.	The top five internet bidders at 20:30 hours on 12th October 2006 will be contacted and asked to make a final secret bid. These bids will not be revealed to the public at the auction but nevertheless will be binding on the bidder if they are the first or second highest bid. In the event that two or more internet bids are of equal value, the earliest bid shall be deemed to be the highest bid. In the event that two or more secret bids are of the same value the highest bid shall be determined to have been made by the person with the highest internet bid.
11.	The public auction will take place at the event and the tickets will be sold to the two highest bidders whether they are bidding at the auction or are one of the secret bids referred to above.
12.	The winning bidders must pay for their ticket in cleared funds in pounds sterling plus £8.00 postage by special delivery within seven days of the end of the auction or the tickets may be offered to the next highest bidder or any other person the Fund may determine who is willing to pay a price equal to the next highest bid.
13.	Cheques should be made payable to the Dave Lee Fund and sent to PO Box 7215, Netherseal, Swadlincote DE11 1BA
14.	Remember the purpose of this auction is to raise money for the Dave Lee Fund in support of disabled martial arts
